VENDOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Preserve the Black Child Inc. and Author. It is mutually agreed upon that Preserve The Black Child Inc. will rent space to Author for the purpose of selling books/items at the event.

Whereas, Jasmine Holden is the organizer of the events. Syracuse event will be held on June 21, 2025 at Sankofa Park, 21o9 South Salina Street, Syracuse NY 13205. Rochester event will be held on  August 30, 2025 at Worship Ministries, 19 Jones Avenue, Rochester NY 14608  

 

Rental information: Author will receive 1 table, 2 chairs, tent, lunch, and free parking (when available). 

 

Time of operation: 11am-4pm, set up an hour before the event and break down an hour after the event. 

 

Payment: Fee is $100 per event in exchange for 1 table, 2 chairs, tent, books purchased by Preserve the Black Child Inc., flyer and lunch. Flyers will be used to promote the event on social media. Payment for Syracuse event is due by June 1, 2025, Rochester event is due by August 1, 2025 any payment made after due date is $125.00. Submit the fee below, PayPal: @jamalh13202@aol.com or Zelle: 315-744-5495. You will be notified once payment is received. This is a first come first served basis. 

 

Cancellation/Refunds: If Preserve The Black Child Inc. cancels the event, the Author will be refunded 100%. The payment will be paid within 5 business days. Otherwise, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
